Conjugated linoleic acids (CLA) are a group of modified forms of the essential linoleic acid and belong to the polyunsaturated fatty acids. It has been shown that the average European consumes only about 300 mg of conjugated linoleic acids per day from food.

Pure Encapsulations® CLA 1000 mg contains Tonalin®, which is naturally derived from safflower oil through an innovative process.
